Celebrate the holiday season with the timeless Christmas classics of Nat King Cole on this LP titled "The Christmas Song," released by Capitol Records with catalog number SM-1967.
As documented on the Discogs website this LP (SM-1967) was originally released in 1962 as a reissue of "Nat King Cole - The Magic Of Christmas" (1960) with "The Christmas Song", originally recorded in 1946 and re-recorded for Nat King Cole - The Nat King Cole Story (1961), added to the track list in place of "God Rest Ye Merry Gentlemen", and with new cover art.
The copy of the LP I have listed here is a 1976 reissue of the 1962 release. This copy has the Capitol Records "Yellow" labels and is a Jacksonville pressing based on the runout markings. The vinyl disc is graded Very Good Plus (VG+), and the LP cover sleeve with some visible shelf wear and splitting along the lower RH side has a grading of Very Good (VG).
