This is a limited edition LP vinyl record from The Kentucky Young Democrats called, "Happy Days are Here Again." The album cover is sealed and in MINT condition. This is a limited numbered edition. This is number 969 out of 6000. I haven't listened to this because it is still sealed but I believe it is a spoken word LP from the Kentucky Democrats recorded sometime in the Jimmy Carter administration 1976 - 1980.
