This is an autographed LP record from Walt Brown called, "The Walt Brown Show with Bill Collins.   The autograph, which is slightly faded is in the upper left hand corner of the album cover.   It's hard to make out exactly what is written.   My best guess is, "Hey Deb, Guess You Though I'd Forgotten....see you soon I hope, WALT."    

The record is in vg + condition.   The album cover is in vg + condition.       It is on Warner Bros Records.  The release number is 1568 Stereo.
