Absolutely storming death metal from the UK, this is a real lost gem and I am absolutely chuffed to be reissuing it after all these years!!
This record originally came out in 1990, at the height of the death/thrash boom and I guess it may have been lost a little bit in the crowd. This is a shame because this album is a good as any of the UK death metal scene at the time, and has a real crawling, incredibly heavy sound.
The production is raw but heavy, the guitars a real wall of grinding churn. There are some fantastic riffs going on here that have a real gloomy edge to them and the sheer weight carried by the songs is suffocating and dense.
Desecrator only ever released this one album (and an even more obscure demo) and original copies go for silly money on eBay so grab your chance to get this now!
300 copies on dark blue vinyl with 12x12 insert. Absolutely stunning Dan Seagrave artwork (those in the know may be familiar with this art as having appeared on an early bootleg picture disc of Morbid Angel's "Abominations Of Desolation"!
