Condition: Record is VG to VG+ According to Gold Mine Magazine guide. Cover VG. Spine with very light wear, corners show shelf wear, and bend crease on upper right. Outer paper sleeve is ripped on one entire side. Record has plastic wrapping/insert. Looking in angled light i do not see any scratches, but sure if viewed under bright light and magnified you will find a few very small ones. Few very light scuffs, but be sure it's no perfect and may be subject to collectors opinion, plays very well. Item is from a pet free, non smoking environment here on the Monterey bay.
