These albums come from the archives of one Manhattan-based musician and longtime collector. Over the years he amassed a wide array of free and avant-garde jazz LPs, including the hundreds of European and Japanese pressings for auction this week.

All records for sale are vintage pressings, VPI cleaned and graded conservatively under bright light. All grades are visual unless noted otherwise. We use the Goldmine standard, and employ the following letter grades: NM, VG++, VG+, VG, VG-, G. We often qualify our VG vinyl grade as "Strong", generally meaning the LP has just one or two feelable marks, or is a bit scuffy for VG+.

We will make note of any problems not visible in the attached photographs. Price stickers will not be mentioned where they are clearly visible. Please contact us with any questions that may not be addressed above (spindle trails, additional pressing info, etc).

Buyers in NY state will be charged 8% sales tax.

All orders are carefully packed in boxes made for the purpose and reinforced with cardboard filler pads. LPs are shipped with the vinyl outside the covers, contained within a new poly outer sleeve. Please note that LPs stored and shipped in their original inner sleeves may arrive slightly dusty.

Domestic orders ship media mail, $4 for one LP and $0.50 for each additional.

Canadian orders under 4 lbs  (usually 5-6 albums) ship USPS first class mail, $12 for one LP and $3 for each additional.

All other international orders under 4 lbs (usually 5-6 albums) ship via USPS first class mail, $18 for one LP and $3 for each additional.

All international orders 4 lbs and over will ship via USPS priority mail.
