Sleeve Condition: Near Mint: superb, undamaged sleeve.  One, small import punch to leading edge, otherwise free from stickers, marking or defect. 

Record Condition: Near Mint:  looks un-played and plays flawlessly.  It would be impossible to find another in this condition.
