Cover I would say is in VG condition.
No rips or tears but a few creases and a bit grubby from fingerprints. Check pics to see.
Vinyl is a different matter. It still has a very nice sheen with no visible marks.
I would say it is close to NM.
Don't take my word for it, have a look at the pics.
I collect records myself and I know how picky I can be when it comes to comdition so have a look at it yourself.
Definitely a keeper.
