Limited edition vinyl LP. Increasingly recognized as a band to follow on the shoegaze/noise rock/dream pop revival circuit, Whirr is here moving on from their original sprightly sound to slower-paced tunes, evocative of that lingering space between deep sleep and waking life. Slower doesn't mean lighter, though: these songs are anything but. They're heavy. Tempos are controlled. Riffs are tight. Emotion is everywhere. "Sway" proves that the band is going places, and you're going to want to stop and see. ... or better yet, listen! Tracks include "Press," "Mumble," "Dry," "Clear," "Heavy," the eponymous "Sway," "Lines" and "Feel." The record comes in a matte gatefold jacket with a printed inner sleeve, with a colored vinyl and includes an 11"x17" promo poster.
