See my other items for more rare Beatles items! Here’s a very nice copy of the rare mono pressing of Magical Mystery Tour. It’s on the Capitol label, number MAL-2835 from 1967. This was the very last Beatles LP to be pressed in mono in the US. The mono format was abandoned entirely in 1968, meaning this rare issue was only in print for a few months. The album is full of interesting mix differences when compared to the standard stereo version. The vinyl grades VG++, due to some light paper scuffs being evident. I test played numerous spots on the record, and it sounded great. The cover is in very nice shape, no seam splits, the booklet is intact and fully attached, very light rub wear on the back cover, otherwise very clean. Definitely an above-average copy!
