On offer is The Temptations Northern Soul/Motown 7" Single "(Loneliness Made Me Realize) It's You That I Need" from 1967.
Not only is this one of the rarest of their Tamla Motown singles, especially in this condition, but it is undoubtedly their finest Northern Soul recording.
From a slow start with little more than David Ruffin's vocals this builds into a truly superb uptempo dancer. Written by Eddie Holland and Norman Whitfield who also produced it. The equally good B-Side is a midtempo R&B-style dancer with more than a hint of Doo-Wop and vocally sounds reminiscent of Sh-Boom. Written and co-produced by the legendary William "Smokey" Robinson along with Berry Gordy. This is a different B-Side from the US release.
This is the original UK release on the Tamla Motown label complete with the resale conditions across the centre.
