Deluxe extra-heavy and solid cover is Near Mint. Labels are Near Mint. Record is Near Mint one side, VG++ other side (due to one light surface scuff scratch; both sides have minor surface marks to top of grooves that resemble paper scuffs- there are light impression marks due only to design of the inner sleeve). Original heavy stiff inner sleeve is NM.
