Vinyl Condition: G/VG (As you would expect this record has a lot of light surface marks, light scratches, light scuffs etc. There are some light hairline marks and minor scratches but nothing major. The record plays great with nice sound quality and sounds superb. There is the odd pop and click but nothing major. There are no sticks or jumps. It is rare for find a Trojan LP like this in fully playable condition and this one certainly is very nice for its age and plays great. Fully tested and plays great).

Inner Sleeve Condition: G (Inner sleeve has yellowing, foxing marks and creases/folds  and some small rips but is ok for its age).

Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Front laminated sleeve has a mark to the top left corner where a very small patch of artwork scraped off. There is some heavy corner creasing an there is edge creasing too. The back of the sleeve has some tick marks in black marker next to certain tracks. The rear of the sleeve also have some slight ripples. Some signs of ring wear too but overall for its age the sleeve is nice and is tidier than many Trojan LP’s out there.

I grade my vinyl’s as follows:

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.

Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.

VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
