Album is in near mint condition with no signs of handling. Cover is in excellent condition with some edge wear on top edge and very light rub wear on the front.

Please note, I have done my best to grade the album and cover based on the industry standards. Although I am not an expert in the area, the album is from my personal collection. Albums in my collection were purchased new and I am the original owner. Most albums in my collection have been played once or twice on a quality turntable and most handled only by the very edge as not to touch the surface of the album. If album appears to have been handled, I have noted such. I have visually graded the albums and covers to the best of my ability and noted any visible flaws.
