Comments/Reviews:  There was a BBC4 documentary a few years ago on Nic Jones, since then the artist has enjoyed a remarkable journey from lost cult UK folk hero to must discover folk legend (Nick Drake and Bill Fay come to mind as similar examples)

The Noah's Ark Trap is beguiling and haunting. A mix of traditional airs and up tempo jigs all held together by Nic's great vocals and brilliant musicianship.

Contains fine guitar and fiddle playing that makes this album one of the finest English traditional records to ever be recorded. It even includes the legendary Bill Leader who also co-produced it in 1977.

THIS IS A UK FOLK MUSIC MUST HAVE
