From the look of the sleeve and the sound of the single, you’d think that this record was from 1958 or 1959. But alas, it is not so. Lowell Knipp cut this one for Dewl Records in 1965, and seemed to be living in some backwater when the Beatles never happened.
”Goofy Little Bug” is a boppin’ country rocker and it’s flipped with a ballad called “Pretty Brown Eyes.”
