Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.

This is an auction for:  Dream Theatre - When dream and day unite - RARE Original Vinyl LP album from 1989.

MCA records.

Vinyl Condition: VG/EX (Some light marks and the odd light line but nothing major. Nice condtion and plays great. No sticks or jumps).

Inner Sleeve Condition: G (Inner sleeve has an approx 4cm split to the bottom edge. Apart from this it is in very nice shape. I have of course put the record in a new polylined inner to protect the sleeve and the record).

Outer Sleeve Condition: G (Sleeve is a bit banged up. It has two large bash marks at the opening which have torn and creased the sleeve in that area. Someone has gome oevr the crease marks with dark pen to disguise it a bit. There is also a bump mark to the top edge. There are some corner creases but apart from that the sleeve is good, it is just the bashes at the opening that let it down a bit).

I grade my vinyl’s as follows:

M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.

Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.

VG = Very Good: The record has obviously been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality, despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.

G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.

Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.

If you would like further information on sleeve or record condition then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.

Please note: Due to the large amount of CD’s and records that I am selling, I don’t have time to include the track listings. If the track listing is important to you then please email me and I will send you the track list.
