Visually graded condition of disc:  Near Mint minus (never played - one small faint mark on each side, more than likely from the inner sleeve)

Condition of sleeve: Very little shelf wear for it's age. Tiny spots of wear in each corner from storage. A small crease on backside at top right. RCA white promo stamp just to the left of photo on backside.
Use zoom feature (if it's working today) to study all pics.

others were not. All of my gradings are visual, and more often than not, quite generous.

MY GRADING SCALE
(very similar to the Goldmine standard)

NM (Near Mint): Record will show no serious scuffs or scratches in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small scuff, scratch or paper scuff on playing area.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed' to me). There should be no audible distractions.
NM- (Near Mint minus): A scuff or two or light scratch or two on either or both sides that may be heard.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will most likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play fine.
