MORRIS WADE WITH THE MANHATTANS R & B DOO WOP 45 ON THE RANSOM 102 LABEL Ransom Records Columbus Ohio. About 1958. Has a white label but doesn't say anything about being a DJ or promo copy. Both sides sound VG++. "Is It Too Late" is a slow doo wop ballad with a lead singer and 3 backup singers. "It Was A Night Like This" is a fast doo wop dancing song that has a saxophone solo. The wax has very bright gloss with no heavy scratches or scuffs. NO cracks, chips, skips or warps. One label has a tiny number sticker plus a sticker from Imfeld Record Shop about 15 miles from Cincinnati that was open in the 1950s-60s. Otherwise, the labels look very good. The group was also called the "4 Pharaohs". Will be shipped in a padded box. (see all 7 pictures)
