Mono disk with 2-eye center label with white "360 MONO Sound" at bottom and "NONBREAKABLE" printed on the left side. Numbers in the run-off wax end in "1A" on both sides

Disk - VG. Examined visually. Plays well but there is some background crackling you can hear. Sleeve - Good, 1" tear at lower front foredge, small chip same place rear, faint sticker shadow at upper foredge, overall rubbing. Original inner sleeve has edge split, sunning, small spot stains
