Description:

Always on the lookout for great Beatles albums. Here is a super rare stereo copy "Meet The Beatles" on Capitol Records.  Sleeve is in great shape, no rips or tears, but some wear on the pictured corner. Vinyl is clean and sounds GREAT despite minor wear! There is a little surface noise here and there (expected and normal) but there are no skips and did not hear any pops.

Capitol Rainbow "no subsidiary" label - Second variation. Has BMI credit on "I Want To Hold Your Hand" ONLY and ASCAP credits on the rest.  Pressed at number 6 plant in Los Angeles CA.  NO producer credit.

Original blue inner sleeve is included (has some edge wear but not split or ripped). Matrix numbers are hand etched, not stamped. Back cover has the needle damage information on the bottom.

It looks like this is the rare "unconfirmed" label!

Unconfirmed variation according to Bruce Spizer!  Information is from his book " The Beatles Story Part 2" on page 13 he says " it probably exists" - the font used for STEREO is smaller and there is only 1 BMI credit and the rest are ASCAP. PLEASE LOOK AT THE PICTURES OF THE LABEL!

Will insure this upon shipping. I am also including a Discwasher VRP sleeve that the album is in, so the inner sleeve does not incur any further wear.

This is NOT JUST "visually inspected".  I listened to this entire album before listing. It has been cleaned thoroughly. If you are going to shell out money for this (or ANY) record, you want to make sure what you are getting.

DO NOT BE FOOLED OR MISLED!  This is the full vintage analog vinyl album. NOT a recent sanitized digital remaster!

If a record we purchase does not come with an inner sleeve, or the original sleeve is trashed, we provide a NEW generic sleeve. If the original sleeve is a dedicated sleeve to that album, we will include it even if it is trashed.

Before we take photos of the record listed, we clean it by hand using an alcohol based cleaning system.

We strive to listen to each record all the way through before listing them for sale (unless still sealed in shrinkwrap) and will highlight any imperfections so you know what you are getting. All records are play tested before listing (unless otherwise noted).

If we cannot or have not been able to listen to the record, we will indicate that on the listing and offer it as a collectible only, OR if you are truly interested in the record for sale, we will take the time to listen to it for you before you buy, upon request!

AND ABOUT VINYL RECORDS: These aren't CDs. You WILL here some measure of surface noise, even on a factory sealed/never played record. All sound systems are different. All my assessments are based off what I hear on my stereo system. What I note in the listing is what I hear on my stereo.

Shipping our records to you involves the following:

We take the record and inner sleeve out of the outer (cover) sleeve (unless factory sealed)

We wrap the record and sleeves in bubble wrap, leaving the record in the inner sleeve. I feel this protects the vinyl, but if you want everything separated in the box, please let us know before shipping!

We ship your record(s) to you in a sturdy record shipping box
