"7951-7 CBS 423 A . 2 (with Any Symbol)" on Side 1, "CBS. 42. 3B-1 BANG 1. (with Any Symbol) on Side 2 Etched Run-out Space on The Disc.
Disc is EX-EX Minus, Sleeve is EX Minus (It Has A 1 cm Tear on The Center of Entrance Side).
