Hello there and welcome to my auction. Please read my descriptions carefully before you bid. Please make sure you read everything especially the condition of each vinyl. The grading and criteria are below.
This is an auction for: Massive Attack - Blue Attack - RARE Original Vinyl LP album 1991.
Original 1991 German Pressing.
This the very RARE original version which has the censored sleeve. In 1991 the band changed their name briefly to "Massive". Only very early copies have the band name as "Massive" on the cover, inner sleeve and centre record label.
Vinyl Condition: G/VG (There are light scratches, light hairlines and some light scuffs etc but nothing major. The record is in good condition and plays very well with nice sound and is a pleasure to listen to. Some light crackle and the odd click/pop but no sticks or jumps. Some spindle spidering but labels are otherwise good. Fantastic album).
Inner sleeve Condition: G (Plain white inner has a few small rips. A new polylined inner has of course been included. The German pressing does NOT have the glossy inner that the UK pressings had. It just has a plain white inner).
Outer
Sleeve Condition: G (Some edge and corner wear & creasing. Top right corner has some creases possibly from being slightly bumped at some point. There are a few scratches to the front and the back have a large scuff towards the top which reveals some white card. Otherwise nice condition).
I grade my vinyl’s as follows:
M = Mint: The record itself is in brand new condition with no surface marks or deterioration in sound quality. The cover and any extra items such as the lyric sheet, booklet or poster are in perfect condition. Unplayed and sealed records are referred to as Mint.
Ex = Excellent: The record shows some signs of having been played, but there is no lessening in sound quality. The cover and packaging might have minimal wear and/or creasing.
VG = Very Good: The record has obviously
been played many times, but displays no major deterioration in sound quality,
despite noticeable surface marks and the occasional light scratch.
Normal wear and tear on the cover or extra items, without any major defects.
G = Good: The record has been played so much that the sound quality has noticeably deteriorated, perhaps with some distortion and mild scratches. The cover and contents suffer from folding, scuffing of edges, spine splits, discolouration, etc.
Fair = The record shows signs of extensive play and may have many marks and deep scratches but will still play ok but with significantly lower sound quality. Artwork will be rather worn with possible splits, small rips, scrapes, dents, or maybe water damage.
If you would like further information on sleeve or record condition then please email me and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Please note: Due to the large amount of CD’s and records that I am selling, I don’t have time to include the track listings. If the track listing is important to you then please email me and I will send you the track list.
PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR POSTAGE ADDRESS IS UP TO DATE AND CORRECT BEFORE BIDDING.
Cheers and happy bidding.
