Sleeve/Record: NEAR MINT/EXCELLENT CONDITION
Sleeve still housed in sealant, slit along the record insert edge to allow access.
Sleeve grades NEAR MINT condition.
Lyrics Inner Sleeve clean throughout but with small (4cms) middle bottom edge split, grades VERY GOOD+ condition.
 
Clean labels, Record in EXCELLENT+ condition, with a few small faint, light fine line surface scuffs, under light.
