Shipping and Handling All items will be shipped via FedEx, USPS or truckline based upon the size, value, and characteristics of the item. We outer box or palletize most large items for protection during transit. If you have a question about shipping and handling fees, please ask before bidding on or buying an item. By winning an auction you are agreeing to the terms stated in the auction. We do not ship internationally including Canada or Puerto Rico except through the eBay Global Shipping Program. We ship to the 48 contiguous U.S. states, Hawaii and Alaska. Person's residing in Hawaii or Alaska need to contact us before bidding to verify shipping rates. Rates quoted in auctions are for the continental U.S. only. Please provide a phone number and contact name for all shipments in case there is a problem in delivery. Truckline Shipments Large or heavy items are shipped via truckline and secured to a pallet for protection. Shipments must be addressed to a location that is accessible by large trucks. Someone must be available throughout the day to accept and unload the item. Shipments to residential areas or sites that require appointments, lift gates, inside delivery, or other special delivery requirements will have additional charges. These charges vary by service and location and must be paid before delivery. Failure to disclose and pay for such special delivery requirements will result in your item being held for payment or returned to us. This will result in additional shipping charges that must be paid before the item will be re-shipped to you. You are responsible for disclosing the need for residential delivery, inside delivery, appointments, the need for help unloading, etc prior to us shipping the item. Home based businesses are still classified as a residential delivery and will be subject to a residential delivery fee. Each bidder is responsible for determining the suitability of the item to their application. You must obtain an RMA authorization before returning the item. Based on available inventory, we reserve the right to repair or replace the item, or issue a refund for the purchase price. When issuing refunds, we refund the original price of the item provided the item has been returned to us using an approved RMA number. Payment Details
Per eBay's policy.....we accept: PayPal (funded by PayPal account balance, credit card, debit card, bank account, PayPal Pay Later, PayPal Buyer Credit or eBay gift certificate) Payment upon pickup (This applies to items picked up at our physical address. You may contact us concerning any questions you may have about local pickups.) Please include auction number and "ship to" address with all payments. Items paid through PayPal must ship to an address and in a manner that meets the requirements set forth by eBay's Expanded Seller Protection Policy and Paypal's seller protection guidelines. The requirement to ship to a qualifying address is a rule set forth by eBay and PayPal. For that reason, if we deny a request to ship to an address other than a qualifying address, it does not constitute "refusal to accept payment". The buyer is still obligated to complete the transaction and must make arrangements for us to be able to ship the item to qualifying address. 7% sales tax will be added to all payments for items shipped to Mississippi or picked up at our Hernando, MS warehouse. We do not provide technical support or repair service before or after the sale. We do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or incompatibility issues. The only items that are eligible for return are defective items that are covered under the DOA warranty or items that do not match the item description in the ad.
If an item is listed as having a DOA warranty then Discount Depot guarantees that this product will work upon arrival. Please check your item immediately upon receipt to verify that everything is correct and working as stated in the ad. If the item does not work or does not match the description in the ad; please contact Discount Depot within 72 hours via the eBay messages before opening a return or a case. If the item is defective or does not match the description in the ad then Discount Depot will issue a replacement upon receipt of the original item. In instances where there are no more like items in stock, Discount Depot will issue a refund. If there is a problem, and a refund is issued, only the bid price will be refunded. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
