ITEM DESCRIPTION:  Rare Modern Soul on Regalia R-5510 by Portia Ogbu from 1973, Copeland Davis's wife, Produced by Copeland Davis, comes in generic paper sleeve,  -Listen To Both Sides on players above, -Top Copy.

VINYL CONDITION: NM-  appears to have been well cared for and rarely played, looks, plays, and sounds great, (please listen to a long sound clip of Each Side, to give you a better understanding of the sound quality from the actual record being sold).

LABEL CONDITION: VG++/NM- clean labels have very light wear, labels have no writing.
