I have played this record and in my opinion the item is in:
VERY GOOD CONDITION: Sleeve has some normal wear and tear without any major defects and vinyl has numerous surface marks/ light scratches. Record has been looked after but there may be some audible surface noise in quieter moments. Despite this it plays extremely well and the rating of VGC is based on the visual appearance.
