Displays no rips/tears, no edge wear, no seem splits, no writing and no sleeve creases.
Comes complete with the original lyrics inner sleeve, has no rips/tears, no seem splits and no creases.
Tiny faint neat written name (Nov ~ date bought) penned in blue on top right hand side of none lyrics side corner.
Lyrics inner sleeve grades EXCELLENT condition.
 
Labels are clean with no visible spindle hole trail marks on both sides.
Playing surfaces/matrix areas retain the full original glossy sheen.
Surfaces have no visible surface scuffs or marks.
Minimal/negligible tiny fine line sleeve scuffs, when viewed closely under LED light.
Graded visually as in NEAR MINT condition.
