FACTORY SEALED
The first run of this Picture Disc were promotional even though there is no "promo" text on the item.
Radio stations (including ours) across the country each received a box for on-air giveaways.
Only 6000 were made and each copy is individually numbered. This copy is #1815.
2nd pressing copies made later (many on sale here on eBay) are not numbered.
This copy has a small split/break at the top center seam and another in the same place at
the center of the bottom seam that happened from the sharp edge of the disc bouncing around over 40+ years.
Not a big deal since the outer vinyl sleeve is clear and the breaks really aren't that visible.
This one also has a small chip on the lower right and top right corners (use zoom feature on the first photo).
Item is sealed on the right side with a Warner Bros logo sticker so the disc is mint.

PLEASE READ MY MY GRADING SCALE
(Near Mint and Mint Minus are not the same grade)
Near Mint: Our highest grade for an opened vinyl. Record will be close to perfect in the playing area. May have minor scuffs on edges from decades of storage, or a small hairline mark, scratch or some paper scuffs on play area but no audible distractions.
It's near mint, not mint (which would be 'sealed').
Mint minus: A scuff or two or a very light mark or two on either or both sides that may possibly be heard.
VG++: One step down. A few faint marks or paper scuffs that may be audible. May show some signs of use.
VG+: Scuffs & some minor scratches in the playing area. Some will more than likely be heard.
VG: Many scuffs or scratches that will be heard but record should still play through.
