Vinyl/CD - MINT Sleeve/Inners - EX (with a few light indentations on the front of the sleeve, a 2-3 cm crease in the top right corner of the front of the sleeve and similar creases in each of the top corners of the back of the sleeve.  The seal is broken in a couple of places across the middle of the front of the sleeve)
