Because its a Black Cover

After purchasing over 12 covers, all sellers telling me there's is MINT.
I've come to a Conclusion it's Very Rare to find this cover in Mint, because of Lamination.
And all Europeans Lye threw there Azz.
This is Yes one of the covers was told to be Mint to me.
All Great Brittan covers are outrageously priced to high,
if you purchase them in overseas.
