A complete copy of this much sought after FIRST UK Beatle album released in 1963!
RARE in any condition!

This is the 4th pressing first released in the summer of 1963 with black label and yellow logo and silver print. "The Parlophone Co. Ltd." is printed at the start perimeter print and "Recording first published 1963" at the 9 o'clock position. 
Correct original sleeve with Angus McBean credit starting at the end of g in songs. Complete copy offered with original tracing paper lined Emitex die cut inner sleeve!
Sleeve: Solid VG (Probably VG+ when it comes to these original laminated flipbacks!) Really nice example of a 1963 laminated original cover! Most copies you see are in pretty rough shape but this copy retains original gloss. There is some creasing and overall wear throughout. Spine is completely intact and readable. A part of the flipback on the top left of the back cover has been folded over and there is about a 2 inch seem split on the top middle of the sleeve.
Record: Overall G+ to VG-  There are a few deeper light scratches that add to the surface noise with the occasional popping. It did not skip or loop on my turntable. Labels have no writing. In the past it looks to have been cleaned ultrasonically which could have added some of the hairlines in the dead wax. This cleaning, however, seems to have improved condition of the sound while playing as it actually sounds pretty good for its age.

The original cover from 1963 alone is probably worth the Buy It Now price!
