EXCELLENT CONDITION!!! The record is in excellent, almost near mint, condition with only a couple small scrapes and scuffs that do not impact play. The cover is in excellent condition and is also almost near mint with no real issues but very faint discoloring and a scrape at very bottom of the back. The plain white inner sleeve is a high-quality generic in great shape.
