Hikaru Utada writes new song for Shin Evangelion: The Movie
Hikaru Utada has written the theme song for every film in the Evangelion series, from 2007's "Rebuild of Evangelion: 1.0 You Can (Not) Redo" to the final film, "Shin Evangelion: The Movie". This album contains all of them and reveals the inextricable link between the films and the music of Utada Hikaru. This is Hikaru Utada's "Dedicated to Evangelion", a record of the film's and Utada's inspirations.
All the previously released tracks have been re-mastered, along with the new song "One Last Kiss", in a sound design that conveys the full appeal of these evergreen songs.
