Sleeve/Record: VERY GOOD+/NEAR MINT CONDITION

Clean sleeve, has minor/slight partial edge
wear and small sleeve residue mark/sleeve print tear on back bottom right.
Sleeve displays no other rips/tears, no seem
splits and no deep lined creases, graded VERY GOOD+ condition.
Original inner, slight tanned with age and
small corner creases, graded VERY GOOD+ condition.
Clean labels, tight small spindle marks
evident, surfaces retain the full glossy sheen.
Displays no bad, heavy scuffs/marks on both
sides, graded visually as NEAR MINT condition.
*Record tested plays FINE/EXCELLENT on both
sides, emits mainly a clean sound throughout.
