Bulky and heavy items over 2KG sent within the UK are dispatched via DPD . A Track and Signed for service is used for all overseas purchases and UK items over the value of £40. If you are purchasing from outside the UK, please note that we are not responsible for any relevant Customs fees and Third Party Couriers.

postage rates are to cover the cost of postage and handling. All of our
packing materials are recycled within our charity and we strive to
reduce, reuse and recycle as much as we can.

do combine postage on multiple items purchased,
and a click & collect service is available from our
Retail & Trading Office, Bainbridge House, 2 Northbridge Road, Berkhamsted,
Hertfordshire, HP4 1EH. Monday to Friday 9.30am - 4.30pm
