Shipping and handling is a flat $4.25 rate to the 48 Cont. US states. 

Our shipping and handling fees include packaging and materials to secure your package, actual postage and fees for our time and mileage to the post office.  Once the package leaves our hands into USPS we are no longer responsible for the package.
