Everything included and is in near-mint, like-new condition. Only flaw I can see is a very small line on top of front outer jacket (last pic). Absolutely no big deal but just trying to be thorough in description. Record was put into poly-lined, rice paper inner sleeve upon purchase. Album jacket has been kept in a plastic outer sleeve. Original RSD sticker adhered to outer sleeve.
