A superb copy of this rare 1957 jazz album on Vogue, featuring the stellar talents of Don Rendell (tenor sax) and Martial Solal (piano) plus top session men.
This is the best copy I've seen: the thin laminated flipback sleeve is in exceptional order – clean edges and corners with no notable wear, a square spine with all titles intact and no major damage of any kind. A couple of small marks to the back cover and just a little laminate peel around the opening edge (pictured).
The heavyweight deep groove vinyl is bright and glossy and plays through superbly – crisp and clear sound, with barely any surface noise at all. There's the odd mark and scuff but nothing that affects the audio.
Excellent labels in great order, and the original waxed paper inner bag with Made in England on.
Pretty much an ultimate upgrade for this rare bop album.
