This is a genuine UK first pressing of Pink Floyd's 1971 prog classic Meddle. It has the Gramophone Co. rim text, and the patent number on the gatefold sleeve centrefold (see close up photo).
The textured gatefold sleeve is in rock solid VG+ condition – no seam splits, damage or writing, just general edge and spine wear consistent with a 50-year-old sleeve.
The vinyl has plenty of marks and hairlines, but no major feelable scratches. It does however play with noticeable surface noise and occasional pops/tics, though there are no jumps or sticks that I could hear. A deep clean would most likely improve the audio. I'd grade it Good +.
The green and yellow Harvest labels are in excellent condition with just some minor spindle wear.
The plain white inner sleeve from the era has some browning but is in very good condition.
A-1U/B-1U matrices.
