Offering an very clean, EX copy of Sceptre's "Rise To Power".  Released in 1986 on Free Rain Records.  A fantastic recording of rock metal to add to your playlist and collection. 

Vinyl: EX;  Cover: VG+;  Sleeve: VG+.  See description for details.  We use Goldmine to guide our grading.

• Vinyl is EX condition.  Super clean, glossy and flat.  Labels are bright, clean.  Only observed a couple of very faint lines NONE of these could be felt with a soft, clean fingertip (not fingernail!).  Audio clip available upon request.

• Cover is VG+ condition.  Clean, flat , no splits, tears or hand markings.  Edge & corner wear negligible.  Surface has slight ring impression, light stains on back opening edge, a few crease lines.  See photos for more details.

• Sleeve is VG+ condition.  Original top loading sleeve is clean, no splits, folds, tears or marks.  See photos for more details.
