Original 1990 UK & US LP, comes with the original Artwork Insert.
Released on the EARACHE Label, catalogue number: MOSH 21.
 
Sleeve/Record: GOOD+/VERY GOOD CONDITION (*Plays mostly FINE/EXCELLENT)
Presentable sleeve but with cello taped spine edge, small middle top edge knock and front sleeve indent marks
Sleeve has no rips/tears, no major edge wear, no seem splits and no deep lined sleeve creases, Graded GOOD+ condition.
Entombed Insert is complete but with small edge tear and light middle vertical fold, graded VERY GOOD.
Original paper inner included has creases and die-cut edge tears, grades GOOD condition.
 
Record labels are clean, surfaces retain a glossy sheen.
Has no bad deep or heavy scuffs/marks, some smooth soft scuffs/marks evident on both sides.
Record is slightly warped, however play is unaffected, record grades visually as VERY GOOD condition.
 
*Record tested plays mostly FINE/EXCELLENT on both sides.
Has some occasional low level passing ticks/clicks in places.
Emits no loud crackles/clicks or pops, with no overshadowing of music evident.
