SHIPPING: Shipping is free in the continental USA. Sorry, no international shipping. Your item will be packaged carefully and sent within 2 days, so it will take 4-10 business days to receive the item.

RETURNS: If the item receives damage in transit, a full refund can be issued. Please provide photographic evidence of the faulty state in order to receive a refund. If the item has been misrepresented (I include many photos hoping to prevent this), then refunds will be issued after the item has been received back, in the same condition as it was received, with the buyer paying for return shipping. The item must be returned in order to receive a refund. 

CANCELLATION REQUIREMENTS:  You may cancel an order prior to shipping.
