Comes with the lyric sheet
I bought this new in 1982 put it on tape and then put it in the sleeve and on the shelf. 
Been there  41 years and not it is time to sell it.
Look at  my other LPS I have punk LPS from the late 70's thut the 80's some new never opened.
Keep looking back I will list a few a day.
