This is an old GRATEFUL DEAD record "SHAKEDOWN STREET" on ARISTA RECORDS #AB 4198 in VERYGOOD+ condition. The record lies flat looks great and plays fine w/ no skips or sticks but light scuffs and scratches you'd expect on a lightly used record.
