I gave the LP a conservative EX, I actually think its near mint, has been play tested, all good. Cover has some corner wear & a water stain lower left front (see pics), inlay has a date written in ink lower right corner, see pics. All records visually inspected to the best of my ability. Assume most need a cleaning. I'am not a collector, feel free to ask questions. Thanks for looking!
