Vinyl - MINT Sleeve/Inners - EX (a couple of 5-10 mm creases in the bottom right corner of the front of the sleeve and one 5 mm crease in the same corner of the back of the sleeve.  1 cm crease from the spine in the top right corner of the back of the sleeve.  No seam splits)
