Genuine UK mono early (2nd) press of this 1963 Beatles classic, with the black & yellow Parlophone labels.  
Front laminated flipback sleeve is really decent condition - barely any significant wear bar one or two minor edge creases. It grades Excellent. 
The heavyweight vinyl has plenty of hairlines and scuffs and visually grades Good+ to VG, but it plays through well with a little crackle on the run-in and at times between tracks. However the music invariably masks this well and I would grade the audio at VG to VG+. 
The black and yellow labels have very minor spindle wear both sides but there is no other damage. They grade VG++. 
Original poly lined white 'Use Emitex' inner sleeve has no seam splits and grades close to excellent.
The main differentiator of this early pressing, compared to later versions, is the black & yellow  label with perimeter rim copyright text beginning, 'THE PARLOPHONE CO LTD...', and the text 'RECORDING FIRST PUBLISHED 1963' above the side indicator numeral.

There are a number of other differentiators present on both the labels and the cover.

Label:
1- The title of B3 is given as 'You Really Got A [instead of: 'Gotta'] Hold On Me'.
2 - The line beginning 'Your Man' on side B ends with 'Northern'. 
3 - The publishing credit for B7 'Money' is given as 'Dominion.Belinda (Ldn.) Ltd.
Cover:
1 - Front laminated, tri-flipback and printed by , with a large 'MONO' indicator on the front, top, right hand corner. 
2 - The title of track B3 as 'You Really Gotta [instead of: 'Got A'] Hold On Me'.
Matrix / Runout (Runout machine stamped side A): XEX 447-1N Matrix / Runout (Runout machine stamped side B): XEX 448-1N
