Stellar 1962 live jazz album on Fontana capturing legendary US sax maestro Zoot Sims at Ronnie Scott's backed by some of the cream of the British jazz scene in the early 60s including Stan Tracy, Ronnie Scott, Jimmy Deuchar, Harold McNair and Phil Seamen.
Stunning music and a great live recording.
A hard to find album these days, this is the stereo version.
The front laminated flipback sleeve is in solid VG+ order - some wear, nicks and the beginning of a seam split to the bottom edge, otherwise in decent enough shape with a nice spine.
The heavyweight vinyl has plenty of scuffs and hairlines but no really significant damage that affects the audio - it plays well with the odd pop, and a little surface noise at times. Nothing that detracts from the music though.
Excellent black and silver Fontana labels.
Excellent plain white inner sleeve.
Very collectable jazz. Sensible offers welcome.
