First UK issue. Inner sleeve includes lyrics and band portraits. Other identifying features include a Titanic Music publishing credit on the inner and no Mainman logo on the back of the sleeve. Later issues have a Mainman publishing credit in place of Titanic and include a Mainman logo on the rear of the sleeve.
The front cover of this issue is derived from the US artwork, with the RCA Victor logo and US catalogue number obscured. (It is possible to discern a rectangle over which the UK details have been placed.) Not to be confused with the second issue cover, where the catalogue number alone has been replaced.

Record: EXCELLENT CONDITION. Surfaces retain the full rich glossy sheen, the odd sleeve removal wisp. Clean labels, no visible spindle traces.
